Easy 7-day returns

We want you to love every Shopnova order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

How to return

1. Email support@shopnova.co.in with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team shares a return pickup or drop-off option for your area.
3. Pack the item with all accessories and original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and packed in resaleable condition with original packaging.
• For damaged or wrong items, please share 3 photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost.
